Universal Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or "User") and Indigo Ink, LLC (“Indigo Ink”, "Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of this Site. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing, Browse, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

This Site is primarily intended to provide information about Indigo Ink, LLC, its services, and related activities. You agree to use the Site only for its intended, lawful purposes. Our Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"), including embedded content from platforms like YouTube and other social media outlets. Indigo Ink, LLC does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information offered by Third-Party Websites linked through the site or any Third-Party Content featured or embedded. Your interaction with these platforms, including clicking links or viewing embedded content, is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms and policies.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content or the content of any websites linked to the site. Indigo Ink, LLC, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided.

Indigo Ink, LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site or these Terms at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
